Geo Beast pups were born as small larvae with four lower limbs, two segmented upper limbs, and a small tail. Unlike many similar species, whose larvae were usually docile, geobeast larvae were aggressive creatures with two bony tusks and a mouth full of large teeth. An adult geo beast had no tail and had only two massive legs, and on its hands it had two claws each instead of fingers. His back and the back of his arms and legs were covered in bony growths.
